Frequently Asked Questions

  • In order to keep our mat flooring clean, especially during inclement weather, we ask you to bring a separate pair of shoes to change into before class. This will help us to maintain a clean, high quality training environment for everyone. Thank you for helping us take care of the studio!

  • Leggings or sweat pants, a t-shirt or tank top, a clean pair of sneakers, and a water bottle.

  • Participants must be between 90 and 250 lbs.

  • Arriving 15 minutes early allows us enough time to adjust the bungee specific to your height and weight to allow you the best experience and effective workout. Over time, as you become more familair with the equipment, this process becomes faster.

  • Participants must be at least 14 years old to participate and participants between the ages of 14 & 18 must be accompanied by an adult. We do occassionally offer special classes for kids ages 8-13 and can accomodate private parties as well.

  • Please consult with a physician before starting any new type of fitness or exercise program. You must be cleared to workout by your doctor.

  • If you are pregnant, have had a recent surgery or injury, weigh less than 90 lbs or greater than 250 lbs, or have recieved aesthetic injections of any type within the last 48-72 hours, we kindly ask you to refrain from bungee fitness until circumstances change.

  • For our morning classes, we ask if you could please cancel before 12am the night before. For any night classes, we ask if you could please cancel at least 6 hours prior to class. This allows us to plan accordingly. We do understand that life happens and there are circumstances that occur are sometimes out of our control, therefore if you must cancel late, we ask you to reach out to us and let us know. No shows will be charged $15. We appreciate your compliance!

  • Since our class sizes are small, there may be times a class you are looking to join is full. Please sign up for the waitlist as there are often times clients will drop off a few days ahead up to a few hours before and openings will pop up for you to join.
